Donate to the Iverson Family Fund
On April 19, former AOC President Bill Iverson and His Wife Pam Iverson Suffered a tragic loss as they watched their Kenai home burn down, While it is impossible to replace the decades of memories and history, we ask for your help getting them through this difficult time.
Pam and Bill Iverson’s mainstay of livelihood fits the description for a subsistence user on both state and federal criteria lists. Most mornings they start out either preparing to; gathering or preserving a local harvest of; fish, game, or vegetable harvest. Neither of them participate in state or federal subsistence hunts. Their wildfood harvest all comes from General regulations for all Alaskans. They live in the Federal Nonrural Area of the Kenai next to the Kenai NWR. Their home burned down this spring and among other losses was some of there equipment used to harvest and pressure their local food source. AOC would like to help the Iverson’s out by replacing some of those need items. All donations go directly to Pam and Bill Iverson. Most outdoor folks know Bill volunteered to lead the AOC during over a decade on their behalf, now is a good time to repay the Iverson’s efforts on all Alaska outdoors folks behalf.
